Dr. Michael Laferla

Notary Dr. Michael Laferla, is one of the partners at Laferla Notaries. He studied at San Anton School and moved on to Saint Edward College Sixth Form. He eventually pursued his studies at the University of Malta obtaining a bachelor of laws, Diploma of Notary Public, and eventually graduated as a Doctor of Laws. He also pursued a two-year course to acquire the Ecclesiastical Tribunal Diploma. Dr. Michael Laferla has focused greatly on Trust law and carried out extensive research on this area, and today the setting up of Trusts is one of his main practicing areas.

He is a member of the Notarial Council.
